Mow Power

I feel this review will go nowhere! This entire store is ran by 20 yr old kids. I was told a rental from Saturday to Monday is a day and half, yet I was charged for 2 days. I was not instructed on anything. Not how to operate it, was not told I needed to fill the fuel or be charged $30 dollars, and I let them know and they even asked if I had rented before and I said no, this is my first time. I was expecting more out of a local small business. I guess I will go to home depot for my future rentals.

Ryan is my go to man at Mow Power he is very professional, knowledgeable and he knows what he is talking about and always greets me with a smile also by my name. I have rented equipment from a lot of places, but Mow Power is one of the best to do business with. Their store front accommodates regular vehicles to park in it and has special parking spaces for trucks with trailers to park in as well. Once you walk into the store the showroom floor is organized and clean with many top tier selections. You can tell the employees care about the little things and pay attention to details. Thank you Ryan and Mow Power for making my experience fast, quick, easy, and showing that you care for your customers!

I rented a jack hammer on Wednesday 11/22 the day before thanksgiving for a 24 hour rental. They were closed Thursday through Monday. Everyone was off work till Monday. I couldn’t return the hammer 24 hours later because they were closed. So when I returned the hammer on Wednesday 11/29 they charged me for the 5 days instead of 4 days. Even though they were closed Thursday-Sunday. I COULD NOT RETURN THE HAMMER IF THE STORE WAS CLOSED THE NEXT DAY. I rented for a minimum of 24 hours. I called them Monday letting them know I couldn’t return because they were closed. The employee said it’s no problem and I will not be charged for the days they were closed. I brought it back today , after having for 4 days. They charged me for 5 days and Jordon told me to write a review he didn’t care. Then the manager Jordon made a huge fuss in front of all his employees and several customers in line. I’ve been renting equipment for 30 years with Sunstate & A-Z rental and have had zero issues in 30 years. I rent the first time from Mow power and they stiff me on a day rental knowing I couldn’t return the hammer because they were closed! Jordon needs more training to be a manager in charge. His conduct was inexcusable and I absolutely shouldn’t of been charged for and extra day. So if you want to rent please go to A-Z rental or Sunstate because they will never treat any customer the way Jordon treated me today. From A.R.

I just called this place to have recall notice repair to be done on my Honda lawn mower, Mow Power was going to charge me for the labor, parts, and repairs. When I questioned that they were going to charge me for a recall notice repair they told me since I didn't buy from them I need to take it where I bought it from. So I called Honda regarding this information Honda said they are wrong and shouldn't treat Honda customers like this on recall notice repairs. Honda will be notifying their team of Mow Powers poor customers service on recalls

I did not know this place even existed! Lots of equipment and plenty of friendly staff. I purchased a power broom and while checking out I mentioned an issue I was having with a leaf blower I purchased from Home Depot. Jordan was extremely helpful and showed me exactly how to fix my leaf blower at home. Oh and they also filled the tank of my new power broom. Thanks Mow Power! I will be looking for an excuse to come back.
